Vice President of Training and Education
We are looking for a global leader to join our HR leadership team as VP of Training and Education (EU & US).
What does that mean to us? You will integrate and develop crucial directions (growth, development, learning & education) as a system on different levels. We expect you to do it across all regions of the company, enabling greater efficiency and effectiveness in how we deliver HR services among our 1,000+ colleagues.
We need an analytical, strategic, and pragmatic approach to designing and delivering our HR organization of the future.
The team now has more than 15 talented professionals worldwide (Product Education team, Training and Development Team).
Working closely with C-level and the board of directors to build a talent development strategy in the company.
Tool management for training and development. We have a lot of them, but we will fully trust the expert who came to this role and we are ready to exclude existing ones or buy new ones.
Development of your own training design in the company. Of course, we respect world practices, but we want to have a say in our company’s education.
And of course, all standard managerial tasks: budgeting, team management, forecasting of hiring and hiring, setting tasks and their control.
Examples of future projects
Creating employee development models: full cycle, leadership, etc.
Business development strategy through structure design.
Creating a learning and training prediction model.
Creating an assessment of the effectiveness of training.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s is a strong plus.
5+ years of leadership in Training and Education HR.
Experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.
A strong ability to build highly effective training sequences for diverse skill sets.
Experience in building a corporate university or business transformation and transition to new markets in professional fields
Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs.
Openness to hearing other opinions.
Agility and ability to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.
Work format: Remote/Flex/Office.
