I've known Blair for many years on a personal level, but never engaged with his business. I run a small nonprofit and ran into some technical issues with my website. I reached out to Blair for help and he responded almost immediately, offered helpful suggestions, and refused any sort of compensation. Ultimately, the issue was resolved and Blair helped me keep focusing on nonprofit work versus spending a lot of time on technical troubleshooting.
